I can’t say enough how Thomas and his crew stuck by me for many months. When I did get my AC fixed, it was the best day of my life. The installers were so professional and I would recommend Jenkins to anyone.

Have had the new heatpump for close to a year now. The experience from the sale to the install was flawless and communication is great. Recently had a issue due to lightning I think. One call and the issue was taken care of asap. All I can say is I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

Jenkins had to replace a communications circuit board board on a five month old Goodman heat pump.

Talked to them at 8:30 and the problem was fixed by 10:45! Both the office and service guy were very friendly. The invoice was reasonable also. Highy recommended.

I recently had to replace my HVAC system. Jenkins was one of the vendors recommended by Duke Energy. I was extremely pleased with them. Thomas and his team were excellent. The estimate was done on a timely basis and reasonable. Thomas was very respectful and answered all questions, even a few questions I sent via text after installation, answered promptly. The installation went quite well and I was thrilled that the Goodman unit was small which improved the view outside my living room window and it maintains an even temperature throughout day and night (unlike the older large unit I had before). Since I noticed how skilled the team was, I asked them to take a look at a sliding closet door that came off its track which they obliged. They were able to stabilize it until I can get a handy man experienced in such problems. Thank you Thomas and team for a truly great experience! I highly recommend Jenkins.
